In my practice as a massage therapist and Reiki Practitioner my deepest intention is to help people get IN their bodies and learn to navigate what is present and ready for tending within themselves. Through body, breath and emotional awareness we create stronger rootedness within ourselves and deeper, more satisfying connection with others.

My name is Tanya Hladik and I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula. I provide emotional, informational and physical support to women and their families before, during and after childbirth. I support to families as they grow. At my practice I offer sessions in Ortho-Bionomy, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal and Postpartum Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki.

The one thing parents have in common is they need a doula who listens to them, a doula who makes the birth the parents desire not hers. They need a doula who can educate them so they can make decisions based on their own values and dreams.
